The villa is located 250 metres from Gros Jonc beach. The beach can be accessed directly via the dunes without having to cross any roads.
A cycle path, right next to the house, takes you to the centre of Bois Plage in five minutes and opens up the island of Ré for you to explore.
Parking is available right next to the house.
Close to the house is a mini-market open until 9.30 pm and a restaurant.
In the centre of the village, one of the largest markets on the island is held every day, where you will find excellent shops (butcher, fishmonger, cheese maker, baker, etc.) and a supermarket.
